It seems that the U.S. is not the exclusive home of frivolous lawsuits and silly plaintiffs (and attorneys). An astrologer in Russia is suing NASA in the wake of the successful mission dubbed “Deep Impact” in which a probe crashed into a comet. Now we might debate the value of spending $300 million to see what lies beneath the surface of a comet (at least I wonder about that). Apparently this astrologer is concerned that the impact ruined “the natural balance of forces in the universe.” The mission thus did great moral harm to her and adversely effected her horoscopes. Apparently many Leos did not meet Mr. Right over the weekend as expected and more than one Gemini went for it when, because of the impact, they should have been cautious with strangers. Don’t even get started with the tragedy that befell those poor Capricorns. Of course, it’s nothing a $300 million check to the Madame couldn’t fix.
